Translation Workflow

Does the above approach to translate documents online sound like it might be for you? Here how our company’s document translation workflow process goes. The entire process is completed is five basic steps.

Send Us Your Document(s)

1) In order to provide a quote for translation of documents we ask that you first send us your document file (or files). If you have questions before sending your documents please email your questions or contact us by telephone during regular business hours. Click for email and telephone contact information.

File Analysis

2) Once you send us your documents we’ll prepare an analysis to determine the total number of words to translate. The analysis also indicates if any text repetition is present. Text repetitions can lower your translation costs. Translation is priced based on the number of words.

Quote Preparation

3) A written quote for translation services is prepared and then emailed to you. If you approve the quote we’ll begin the project. Payment is made online.

Text Translation and Proofreading

4) Once translation is complete the translator’s work is proofread by a second translator as a quality assurance measure. All projects are prepared by skilled human linguists and not machines.

Document Delivery

5) The translated document is then reviewed a final time before delivering the project to you. Normally a translation project is complete at this point, although clients can request adjustments (if any, for whatever reason) and in those cases an additional final version is prepared and delivered to you to complete the project.
