The Biggest Threat To Our Translation Business

The biggest threat to the well being of our translation business doesn’t come from competitors. It’s not the up and down economic cycles, nor any other external factor we can point to either.

The biggest threats to our business comes from within our company if we:

1) Don’t take the time to improve our marketing, customer communication and services

2) Do not elevate the operational functions of our company at least a little above those in other companies

3) Take existing clients for granted rather than earn their continued business with every repeat project

If our biggest threats are internal, and we control all these things, then what’s to fear?
